In ninth meeting ICT class we learned about Ms. Word and Ms. Excel. First of all I feel confident with my ability about Ms.Word that is because at the time at school I'm used to working with Ms. Office Word to do schoolwork and make proposals or papers for school activities. But when Pa Witdono teached again about Ms. Word and Ms. Excel I found new ways to simplify the work in Ms. Office other than to ways to save data with CTRL-S, reinforce words with CTRL-B, change the font size with CTRL-{ or }, etc.
Pa Witdono explained about Paste Special and menus to easier work on Ms. Word. Previously I've taught about it but because it is rarely used so that the ways was gradually forgotten. Are the same on a worksheet Ms. Excel, I found ways that had forgotten.
In the class activity yesterday we were given the task group to look for ways to facilitate the work on Ms. Word and Excel. At first we were puzzled to find a way because we feel can and quite mastered both Ms. The Office. Then we tried to find a way on the internet but the result is not very satisfactory even more and make us confused. Then we happened to me and Muiz given the task of finding ways to simplify the MS. Word, got the idea of tinkering with icons that have not we used previously for using Ms. Word and try to apply them one by one.
We were assigned to look for five different ways and we have not encountered before. Then we found the things that draws on the search process, the icons on the toolbar that previously we never use, then we tried one by one. We are racing against time because it was quite difficult to find these ways. After we finished looking and make a slide show and then we present it in front of the class.
From the results of our learning activities, I realized that I was not as good as it used Ms. Word and Ms. Excel because there are many things that I know and have not mastered. I strongly felt the learning process during class activities take place such as the questions posed earlier Pa Witdono.
