
First, junk food or fast food usually contains high in fat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium that not good for body. For example, we can see from hamburger nutrition. Based on nutrition facts of McDonalds hambuger we find that in a hamburger there are 32 gram carbohydrate, 10 gram fat, and 13 gram protein. Actually our body needs 62 gram of fat, 300 gram of charbohidrate, and 60 gram of protein each day. According the data, over consumtion of protein and carbohidrate will changed became a fat and that is only based on one of junk food.
After we know about the nutrition one of junk food that is hamurger. The second is adverse effect on the body. Do you know about cholesterol? Cholesterol is a fatty molecule that causes a wide range of dangerous diseases such as heart attacks, high blood pressure which can cause the stroke, and obesity. In fact, junk food is one of the food that have high cholesterol. So, of course junk food it so dangerous for body.
Actually the contents in junk food is not so dangerous. Fat increasing happened if we consume the junk food regularly and overly. This process make the additional and accumulation of fat. We must not avoid the junk food, but the important thing is how we can arrange our role for consuming it. It is better if we eat junk food only once in a week, even once in month or more extreme we no longer have to eat junk food.
The conclusion can be exlain that junk food is not good for our body. But, if we already like it would be better if we limit the consumption of junk food. So, we still enjoying the junk food and taking care our healthy life. Do not we want to continue to be healthy right?
